Bad Buchau is a spa town on Lake Federsee in Upper Swabia: the Adelindis Therme, the Federsee boardwalk and the moorland are on the doorstep, Biberach is 20 minutes away, Ulm and Lake Constance about 50 each. It is our only location outside the Stuttgart region, intended for spa stays, recreation and families.

This modern, freshly renovated 54 m² apartment is perfect for 3 people, and a fourth and fifth guest can be accommodated on our comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for business trips or a family holiday. Start your day with good Tchibo coffee on the balcony and enjoy everything this city apartment has to offer. For a first-class night's sleep there is a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a cosy sofa bed with hotel-quality bedding. The open living area has a dining space for 4 people plus a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a large smart TV with streaming. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything that makes cooking a pleasure. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
